By accessing or using Joof ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Joof is a mobile application that allows users to create games using artificial intelligence. Users can describe their game ideas, and our AI generates playable games based on those descriptions. Users can play, edit, and share their creations.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the App. By creating and publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content through our platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence or harmful activities
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Impersonates others or is deceptive

Credits and Payments

The App uses a credit system for AI-powered game creation. Credits may be purchased through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in the App Store's refund policies.

AI-Generated Content

Games created using our AI are generated based on your prompts. While we strive to provide high-quality outputs, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, appropriate for all audiences, or meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing any games before sharing them publicly.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Joof and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOOF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Joof operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
